Warranty

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. Irish Cycles shall not be held responsible for any injuries to any individual using our products. Nor does it assume any incidental or consequential damages as a result of the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, and incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use this product.

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for five (5) years for carbon frames and two (2) years for all forks and seat posts. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork, or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies to items purchased by the original owner and is not transferable. It is subject to the following conditions and limitations.

Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty.
Does not cover structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions
Does not cover neglect, improper assembly, improper installation, modifications, additions, or changes to the original product
Operation of any product in excessive, improper or abnormal conditions

We will, at our sole discretion, any item or any portion of that item deemed defective under this warranty with the same or comparable model.

All Irish Cycles products are not intended for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or with motors or power-driven vehicles. This warranty is VOID where the product has been used in any of these ways. The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damages to, or failures of the products, and any other losses including but not limited to any property damage if the product has been used in any such manner.

Irish Cycles makes no representation on the suitability of any product for its intended use, or any other use. Consumers, and others, should rely on their own judgment. All claims with the manufacturer should be processed through Irish Cycles. Labor charges incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the responsibility of the owner. Claims under this warranty must be made through www.irishcycles.com. Original proof of purchase is required together with the identification number of the part before a warranty claim may be processed.
