Warranty

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. Irish Cycles shall not be held responsible for any injuries to any individual using our products. Nor does it assume any incidental or consequential damages as a result of the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, and incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use this product.

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for two (2) years for carbon frames, two (2) years for all forks and seat posts, two (2) years for wheels. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork, or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies to items purchased by the original owner and is not transferable. It is subject to the following conditions and limitations.

Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty.
Does not cover structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions
Does not cover neglect, improper assembly, improper installation, modifications, additions, or changes to the original product
Operation of any product in excessive, improper or abnormal conditions

We will, at our sole discretion, replace any item or any portion of that item deemed defective by virtue of material failure or fault in assembly conducted by Irish cycles, under this warranty with the same or comparable model. If you have a failure of components of the bicycle by any manufacturer originally installed on it, we will work in conjunction with your authorized Irish Dealer or directly though us to warranty these components. The replacement or repair of the components is based on each companies agreements with us and or recommendations. All items except frames will be exchange on a "one for one" basis where by the customer or their shop is responsible for returning the defective items to us within 24 hours of receipt of the new item. Frame warranties require evacuation to us for evaluation to determine repair or replacement. We will strive to return you your frame or a replacement as quickly as possible. We strive to minimize this friction and return all components to riders quickly. The warranty on non-Irish parts is one year with the exception of Cane Creek headsets.

All Irish Cycles products are not intended for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or with motors or power-driven vehicles. This warranty is VOID where the product has been used in any of these ways. The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damages to, or failures of the products, and any other losses including but not limited to any property damage if the product has been used in any such manner.

All Irish Cycles forks are required to have a maximum stack height not to exceed 40mm. If you're buying a complete Irish bike and not just a frame, this has already been taken care of. If you're buying through one of our independent dealers, are warranties are in effect as long as they keep the stack height of the fork (distance between the bottom of the stem and the top of the head tube) down to 40mm. Anything above 40mm and the stressors on the fork increase beyond our tolerances.

All Irish Cycles wheels and hubs are under warranty for one (1) year against manufacturers defect. Customers are extended a 30 day period in which to note any deficiencies in construction. It is strongly encouraged that wheels be evaluated after a 200 mile break in period as spokes, and nipples will settle in and require final adjustment by trained mechanics.

Irish Cycles makes no representation on the suitability of any product for its intended use, or any other use. Consumers, and others, should rely on their own judgment. All claims with the manufacturer should be processed through Irish Cycles. Labor charges incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the responsibility of the owner or their servicing shop. Claims under this warranty must be made through www.irishcycles.com. Original proof of purchase is required together with the identification number of the part before a warranty claim may be processed.
